We are happy to announce automated deadline reminder emails for the Growth and Scale plans. This has been one of our most requested features and we think you are going to love it.
How does it work?
You will find a new "Reminders" tab when editing a schedule. From this tab, you can select the email template and schedule the send time for your reminders. Your reminders will be sent on the specified number of days prior to the next order window deadline.
You can also set a secondary reminder if you wish.
Please note that this feature is in beta and is currently only available on our Growth and Scale plans. If you are on the Starter plan you can upgrade anytime to start using this feature.
