What information do we collect from merchants and why?
We collect our merchants name, email, company address and billing address, payment details, company name, phone number, IP address and information about the device and browser you use.

The information we gather when you create a GrazeCart account allows us to set-up your personal GrazeCart site pre-populated with your farm’s location and contact information. We also require this information in the event we need to contact you regarding your use of our services.

We will also use the data you provide to send you a series of onboarding emails as well as occasional emails about product updates.

When do we collect merchants information?
We collect this information when you registers to create a GrazeCart account.

When and why do we share a merchant’s information with third parties?
Grazecart works with a variety of third parties and service providers to help provide our merchants with our Services and we may share personal information with them to support these efforts.

We may refer potential customers to your GrazeCart site based on the address information you provided, if and when we receive any inquiries from potential customers that we feel your farm would be a good fit for. We will also use the information to pre-populate your site with your farm’s location and contact information, including a map listing on your pickup location page.

We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you use and access our website, we may place a number of cookie files in your web browser. We use cookies for the following purposes: to provide analytics, to store your preferences, and to enable advertisement delivery including behavioral advertising. We use Google Analytics and Cookies to improve our service, the user experience, and for analyzing how our website is used. Are my payments secure?

We collect our merchants’ buyers’ name, email, shipping and billing address, payment details, company name, phone number, IP address, information about orders you initiate, and information about the device and browser you use.

We use this information to provide our merchants with our Services, including supporting and processing orders, risk and fraud screening, authentication, and payments. We also use this information to improve our Services.

When do we collect buyer information?
We collect this information when you use or access a store that uses our Services, such as when you visit a merchant’s site, place an order or sign up for an account on a merchant’s site.

When and why do we share buyer information with third parties?
Grazecart works with a variety of third parties and service providers to help provide our merchants with our Services and we may share personal information with them to support these efforts.
